In addition to owning and managing numerous retail centers for its own behalf, Equity Attainment, Inc. also manages numerous shopping centers for other investors as well.  The tedious, time consuming work of managing a commercial center is handled effectively and efficiently by Gregory Carpenter and the Property Management Division personnel.  The collection of rental fees from the tenants, payment of monthly bills associated with the center, obtaining bids for miscellaneous vendor services (i.e., snow plowing, landscaping, trash collection, etc.) and maintenance of the center itself, are all vitally important aspects of operating a successful shopping center.  A shopping center can be aesthetically pleasing, be located in a premier area, have a good tenant mix and, yet, not survive if management is inattentive to ongoing environmental changes and tenant needs.Our experience dictates that personal visits to the properties on a regular basis are an absolute necessity because many minor problems can often be rectified before they become disasters.  This applies not only to the physical condition of the centers, but to the tenant/management relationship as well.  The lines of communication between all parties involved in the operation of a shopping center must always be kept open and functional.  As Property Manager, Equity Attainment acts as liaison between ownership and tenants.  Monthly reports of income, expenses, potential problems, recommendations, etc., can be furnished to ownership and will reflect the total current operation of the center.  After reviewing such information, ownership is in a strong position to evaluate its interests and make appropriate, well-informed decisions.
